The Menu of Evolution is an examination of the progression of diet throughout human history. In general, it is important to study our history in order to continue improving, to avoid repeating the same mistakes that someone else already made. Can we do this with food history? This exploration arose from the modern conversation around Paleo and other such diets, but is not necessarily an attempt to debunk or prove such diets. “The Menu of Evolution” utilizes archeological research, family recipes, infographics and more to explore the timeline of human diet.
